Refund & Cancellation Policy
Consultation Fees
Consulting fees are non-refundable once the consultation session has been completed. The advice and strategy provided during the session are digital services delivered in real-time.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, you must request it at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Requests made less than 24 hours before the session may not be eligible for rescheduling or refund.
Duplicate Payments
In the event of duplicate payments for the same service, the extra amount will be refunded within 7 working days. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method only.
Approval Rights
AdSky Solution reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests based on the circumstances of the case and the timing of the request.
